Lap Pools

A lap pool is a swimming pool designed for swimmers to do laps.

Lap pools are an excellent choice for people who need a pool as part of their fitness program.  Lap pools fit virtually anywhere, inside an enclosed space such as your home, or outdoors.  Lap pools are a good choice for narrow pieces of property or an option for narrow side areas of your property, rather than in your back yard.  Installation of your lap pool can be above ground, partially in ground, or completely in ground.  Pool depth of your lap pool can be customized to accommodate all aspects of your swimming and non-swimming activities.  If you chose a lap pool as a swimming for fitness only, you might want to consider a swim in place pool.  These lap pools use an adjustable water current propeller system making them able to be smaller than most pools while still giving the swimmer the desired amount of exercise as well as allowing the swimmer to remain stationary – not having to do the return flip at the end of each lap.
