Most purchases are shipped from our warehouse to arrive within five business days from receipt of your order.

Rush Delivery and Processing
For an additional $15.00 per address, we can expedite delivery to most destinations. (Orders received by 3pm PST Monday through Thursday arrive in two business days; orders placed Friday through Sunday arrive on Tuesday.) We regret that this service is not available for some oversize items, out of stock items, items shipped directly from our supplier, and items shipped outside the contiguous 48 states.

Special conditions sometimes apply to the delivery of oversize items, perishables or merchandise shipped directly from the supplier. You'll find clarification of the shipping methods and times noted with the detailed product description.

When special shipping and processing conditions apply to a purchase, how can I estimate the arrival date?
Oversize items may take longer to deliver and sometimes require special treatment, such as our White Glove Delivery. Perishable products are often shipped directly from our supplier and should arrive within one week. Other items sent from the supplier may take several weeks for delivery. If a special delivery and processing condition applies to an item, you'll find detailed information on that item's product information page as well as in your shopping basket once the item is added.
